“My family and friends had such a wonderful, fun time at Jessica’s place! I was impressed by how much more comfortable, well decorated, and up-to-date the rental home was compared to other vacation rentals we’ve had over the years. The lanai has a nice view, and was great for relaxing. The amenities of the resort were fabulous: The private beach club and the beach was amazing, and our kids had fun at the pool. We will definitely stay at Jessica’s townhome again!”

“We were so lucky to be able to spend a wonderful five days at Jessica's place last month. The condo is perfect - clean, spacious, organized, beautiful and with all the amenities you could possibly need. It's also centrally located so that you don't have to go far to fulfill everybody's interests. We swam in the pool, went to the beach, cooked at home, went out to restaurants, surfed, paddle boarded, ziplined, watched the sunset from Mauna Kea (bring a jacket!) and hung out with the manta rays. It was all incredibly easy and accessible so that even our teenage kids couldn't complain! But if you're not into all the activities, Jessica's condo is perfect for just hanging out and relaxing because it's so quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was a truly wonderful stay!”

“We absolutely love this condo. It is in the best spot in Golf Villas and has beautiful sunsets. Not only is it totally updated with beautiful decor, plush towels and sheets, and everything you could ever want to cook, it is in the most amazing location. It’s central to the beach club, which we absolutely love, and also close to our favorite snorkeling spots in Puako. You can get to all the hotels, grocery stores, shopping, etc with ease and convenience from this gorgeous location. We couldn’t get over the amount and quality of beach gear they provide to their guests. It’s made going to the beach so easy and fun! We already booked two more visits to stay at Moana Uli. It just completely exceeds what you get in a vacation rental.”

“Our stay at Moana Uli was perfect. Jessica was incredibly easy to work with and the condo — located in the Mauna Lani resort area — had everything we needed. We arrived later than expected, when all restaurants and supermarkets were closed, so we were incredibly relieved to find pasta and sauce to make for dinner. This was a life-saver as our daughter was ravenous after a very long day of travel. The home is beautiful and nicely laid out. A friend with a condo south of Kona actually took some pictures and notes for his own upcoming remodel. One of our favorite things about the location is that there are several sheltered snorkeling areas nearby for young kids. The Mauna Lani Beach Club and the Fairmont were our favorites. The Golf Villa’s pool was nice too, for the times we couldn’t make it to the beach. It was a lovely stay and we’d like to return soon!”
